How to Order

For products displayed online you may order from our online store by, simply completing a contact us form or telephoning at 1-866-468-3068. Please indicate (as appropriate) color, size, and quantity. We accept Visa & MasterCard. Sorry, we can only accept orders to be shipped within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at this time. All credit cards must have a bill to address in the U.S.

 

Order Confirmation

Order confirmation will come to you via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. The order confirmation will include the date of order, items ordered, the bill to address, and the ship to address, and the order dollar total.

 

Reservation to cancel or change order

We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Backordered items will be cancelled and notice will be sent to the customer.

 

Product Information

Products displayed on the website can be delivered only within the 48 states. Prices are valid and effective only in the United States. We have tried to accurately display the colors of our products on the website. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

 

Product Availability

Some of the items on the website will require special ordering.  In that case payment will be required and shipping will usually take place with a two week period.

Shirley’s Jewels etc…  shall have no liability to you or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any other economic hardship arising out of the use of or inability to use the products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to replacement, or repair or the value of the products purchased. State laws vary and certain parts of this disclaimer may not apply to you. Defective Returns

Email within 3 DAYS of receiving damaged or defective merchandise for an immediate replacement/refund. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects or damages during delivery.

 

Handling Charge

The handling fee only applies to purchases below $30.00. This is done to keep our costs low. The handling fee is $8.50. This fee offsets our packing costs in the warehouse on small orders. The fee magically disappears on all orders $30.00 or more. The reality here is that a shipping box and tape are expensive as well as the person to pack it, but it doesn't cost much more to pack a larger (and/or more expensive) item... And at these prices, margins are tight. We suggest ordering with a friend, neighbor, or office workers! That way, no one has to pay the handling charge.

 

Shipping

Shipping is added to the order total and is made to the 48 United States. Items that are not special orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, (when in stock), following receipt of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

 

Lost Orders

It doesn't happen often, but carriers do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, please call Shirley’s Jewels etc… at once.

 

Returns and Exchanges

You can return an item within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full credit towards your next purchase or for a refund of the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee. Special Orders can not be returned unless defective.  You will need to contact us for a RMA number, we will not accept any returns without a RMA number and we regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid, we cannot accept freight collect items. Please remember all returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached.  You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your RMA e-mail with your return. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee on any product you return that meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use an insured parcel post for return shipments.
